Contact us
Corrections, news tips and questions about anything we've published.
If someone needs help right now, don't email us. Call 911 for an emergency, Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 for a possible poisoning, or the San Diego Access & Crisis Line at 888-724-7240.
Useful things to send us:
- Corrections. Tell us the page and what's wrong, with a source if you have one.
- News tips. Bills, county alerts, local cases, new research at UC San Diego or elsewhere in the county.
- Questions you couldn't find answered here. The common ones become new guides.
What we can't help with
We can't give legal or medical advice, tell you where to buy anything, or identify a wild mushroom from a photo. For mushroom identification, the San Diego Mycological Society runs a free ID table before its public talks in Balboa Park. Never eat a wild mushroom based on an app or a website.
